Allen Iverson’s unintentionally hilarious “practice” speech has been used again and again by rappers, producers, comedians, etc… to the point you would think it’s played out. But for Don Trip’s latest tune named after the former Philadelphia 76ers great, he’s using quotes from the speech in a totally different way. With some help from Cool & Dre, the Memphis rapper paints a picture of his life up until this point.
